What a usable manifest needs

Three columns make a manifest analyzable: an item description, a quantity, and a retail price. Identifiers, UPC, ASIN, model number, turn a rough estimate into real research, because they let software look up what an item actually sells for today instead of trusting a stale retail figure.

B-Stock

Sign in to the retailer's marketplace, open the auction, and look for "Download Manifest" in the lot detail panel. Files are usually XLSX or CSV with clean headers. Do not edit them, upload as-is.

Liquidation.com

On the auction detail page, the manifest is linked in the lot description area. If it renders as an on-page table instead of a file, select the table, paste into a spreadsheet, and save as CSV. Watch for the unit-retail versus extended-retail column pair.

Direct Liquidation

Manifests sit in a dedicated section of the lot page. Some lots offer only a PDF summary; when a spreadsheet exists, use it. Also confirm whether the listing price is delivered or pickup, because that changes your freight input to zero or not.

888 Lots

Every lot ships with a full spreadsheet manifest. Delete any vendor-supplied profit-estimate column before analyzing so it does not anchor your own model.

QuickLotz

Many lots are summary-manifested or unmanifested. Ask the rep for a spreadsheet. If all you have is a category rollup, build a three-column CSV from it and treat the output as a range.

Amazon Liquidation Auctions

Download the manifest from the lot panel while signed in and keep the ASIN column, it is the single most valuable field in liquidation analysis.

Then analyze it

Upload the file to PalletIQ, confirm the detected columns, add your premium and freight, and read the Max Bid. Sixty seconds of analysis beats an hour of eyeballing photos.

Analyze before you bid

Upload any manifest to PalletIQ and get a grade, recovery estimate, category profit breakdown, and a hard Max Bid in under 60 seconds. New accounts get free analyses, see the marketplace comparison for where to source.
