The short answer

Follow along step-by-step to run your first PalletIQ analysis. No manifest? Use our sample.

Step 1, Sign in

Head to /auth and sign in with email or Google. If you are new, sign up and confirm your email.

Step 2, Open Analyze

From the app sidebar, click Analyze. You will see a drag-and-drop zone.

Step 3, Upload or use a sample

Drag a manifest (CSV or XLSX) onto the drop zone. No file? Click Try a sample manifest to load our demo pallet.

Step 4, Review the parsed table

PalletIQ shows the parsed rows. You can edit anything in place, fix a typo, change a quantity, or delete a bad row.

Step 5, Set your assumptions

Enter your target ROI, your channel (eBay, FBM, Amazon), and your freight estimate.

Step 6, Run the analysis

Click Run analysis. PalletIQ calls its AI engine, queries market data, and returns your Grade, Score, Max Bid, and per-product breakdown in under 60 seconds.

Step 7, Decide

Compare the max bid to the current auction price. If your max is higher, bid; if it is lower, walk. Save the analysis to your History for later reference.
