Pallet IQ AI is a subscription software service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Email michiganpalletsource@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout and a short note about your request, and we will process the refund through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in your account. When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and your paid access continues through the end of the current billing period.

After 30 days

After the 30-day refund window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. If something went wrong, please contact us so the request can be reviewed fairly.
